All orders for jewelry must be placed over the phone. We encourage you to discuss size, material, and care information before placing an order. Please try to have the style number of the piece handy before contacting us (e.g.: BN1001, NK1061Bi).
Our studio is open from 11am-6pm Monday-Friday, and from 11am-2pm on Saturdays. If we are unable to answer your call, please be sure to clearly leave your name and number, and tell us the best time to reach you at-we'll return your call as quickly as possible. Please do not leave any credit card information over the phone.
If we have your item in stock, we'll typically ship within 48 hours of placing order. If we do not have your item in stock, we'll give you an expected ship date. Please note that your credit card will be charged at time of placing order.
Important Information
Since all pieces are handmade, purchased jewelry may not be identical to jewelry photographs on the website. Also, since we cannot update the web prices as frequently as the changing precious metal markets, prices may be slightly higher at the time of placing an order.
Payment
We accept Visa and MasterCard. Personal checks are also welcome. However, please note that we wait 2 weeks for checks to clear before shipping jewelry.

Shipping
Unless otherwise requested, we ship via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days), Signature Required. Shipping charges vary, but typically start at $8.00. We're happy to expedite shipping, or to use an alternate carrier, if preferred. Please remember to let us know your preferences at time of placing order.
Necklace Lengths/Ring Sizes
Most necklaces are 16" in length; most rings fall in the size 5-8 range. However, we can usually make necklaces to any length, and can accommodate rings from size 3.5-12. There may be a charge associated with custom necklace lengths, and with ring resizing-please call the studio for quotes.
Returns/Refunds
Jewelry can be returned, unworn, in its original packaging within 14 days of date of purchase. No returns or exchanges are accepted after 14 days. Refunds are issued in the original method of payment. Shipping/insurance charges cannot be refunded.
Care
Our jewelry requires no special care or attention. As with most silver jewelry, we recommend you store the pieces in a dry place, preferably in a plastic Ziploc pouch. Exposure to humidity and grime will eventually tarnish all sterling silver and gold jewelry. Daily wear, or rough handling may also wear off the dark patina/oxidation of certain pieces.
If required, most jewelry can be easily cleaned or reoxidized. We urge you to call us for specific care instructions, or to mail the jewelry directly back to us for refurbishing.
Repairs
Should a pieces of our jewelry need repair, we will be happy to take care of it for you. We ask that you call us to obtain a Return Authorization number, and then mail the piece back to us for repair. A nominal fee may be charged, depending on the nature of the repair. Please be sure to include your name, address, email, and phone number inside the package. We'll contact you with an estimate before we proceed.
Custom Orders
We will happy to talk with you about a custom order. We can customize most jewelry to a specific size or length; we may also be able to substitute materials. And, so long it corresponds to our aesthetics and technical expertise, we can also create a uniquely new design for you.
