Return Policy

We hope you are delighted with your Himatsingka jewelry. If for any reason you decide not to keep your online purchase, we will accept merchandise in its original condition for store credit when accompanied by the original sales slip and packaging. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days from date of delivery. We cannot accept any returns without a Return Authorization Number. Call us at 401.440.3311 for RA # prior to shipping items back to us. Ensure that the RA# is clearly marked on the outside of the package, and allow 5-7 business days to process the paperwork. Please note that any associated shipping costs will not be subject to a refund. The item you return must be presented in saleable condition with the appropriate sales invoice and all original packaging and enclosures. If applicable, please take care to return any certificates that accompanied your jewelry, as neglecting to do so will render you liable for $100.00 replacement cost. We recommend shipping returned merchandise via insured parcel post for tracking purposes. We also recommend that customers request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. We will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. We cannot accept returns that have been worn, used, altered or damaged. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements according to our sole discretion. All custom order pieces are final sale.

Please allow 6 weeks for delivery once you have placed your order.

Himatsingka Jewelry and its affiliates only assume responsibility for a shipment while the item(s) is/are in its possession. Upon delivery of the item to the shipping carrier of choice, the laws and regulations of the shipper become the regulating laws of the shipment. The risk of loss of the item passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Himatsingka Jewelry and its affiliates will not be held responsible for lost or delayed shipments after delivery to the shipping carrier and that are the fault of anyone but Himatsingka Jewelry and its affiliates. Himatsingka Jewelry and its affiliates and will not be held responsible or liable in any way for its choice of shipping carrier.
